Day 4: Tuesday

Most of the day was spent doing a state test, but the seniors had a chance to get a head start while the juniors took the test. We lost or miscounted the pieces we needed for the supports on the benches, so we had to remake all of them.

During the first block, this took much longer because we had to cut everything by hand. I had to go back and forth and carry the cut pieces and wait for there to be something to do. Then in the second block, it went by much more quickly because we had access to the saw. I helped Brianna measure pieces of wood.

We ended up having extra pieces. Now that they were all cut, the others could finish putting the benches together. I had to fix up our survey so that the grammar and format flowed better. Now we have all the benches built and are taking up quite a large space in Vezino's classroom. It will be exciting to see all of this put together outside in the C-quad! After that, all we have to do is to look over our user research and finish the video. Hopefully, none of our structure cracks while people are using it.
